Your accommodations will be reserved for the nights
you have requested. Room and tax charges will be the responsibility of STAPLES
for the designated conference nights listed
in the travel section (additional room nights are at your own expense -
the special STAPLES room rate will be extended to you). Please note room service, valet
and all other incidental charges will be billed to your credit card; an
imprint will be taken when you check-in. You are responsible for settling
all personal incidental charges upon check-out.
Note: Hotel check-in is normally 3:00pm. Rooms may be available prior to
3:00pm based upon occupancy. Hotel checkout is at 12:00 noon. For more information
please refer to the Hotel Accommodations and Qualifications section.
