Hotel Accommodations & Qualifications
Any associate living one (1) hour* or more away from the venue has the option
to stay overnight at the Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel. *Based
on Google maps: north – Bradford, east – Bowmanville, west – Milton, south – Hamilton
OR more than 70km from Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel.
Room rates are based on double* occupancy. Upon check-in
at the Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel you will be asked to provide your personal
credit card. STAPLES is only paying for your room
and tax. All other expenses or incidentals charged to your room will be
charged to your credit card. *Some exceptions do apply
If you require a single room for personal reasons please provide a brief
explanation in the comments box provided. All single rooms are subject to
approval and all requests are confidential. |
The hotel provides Valet Parking at $40/day. Self
Parking/Public Parking located across the street underneath Nathan Phillips

If you are staying outside of the March 22
– March 25 designated conference timeframe, please note that you
are financially responsible for your additional arrangements.
Please pay close attention to the Airport Shuttle Bus Schedule
to ensure you arrive at the airport on time for your departure.
You are responsible for the cost of your phone calls. However, to reduce
your personal expenses we are pleased to provide you with a long distance
phone card when you register for the conference.

General Directions to the Hotel
From East
- Take Highway 401 to Don Valley Parkway.
- Go south to Richmond Street. Exit and go west on Richmond Street
to York Street.
- Turn right on York Street and then right on Queen Street.
From North
- Take Highway 400 to Highway 401.
- Go east to Don Valley Parkway and then south and exit at Richmond
Street.
- Head west on Richmond Street to York Street.
- Turn right on York Street and then right onto Queen Street.
Alternate Departure Routes
- Hotel Departure:
- Exit hotel via Richmond Street (one way).
- Proceed south on University Avenue to the Gardiner Expressway.
- City Hall Parking:
- Exit City Hall parking via Dundas Street/Chestnut Street exit.
- Proceed east on Dundas Street.
From Lester B. Pearson International Airport
- Take Highway 401 East to Highway 427 South.
- Proceed to Queen Elizabeth Way and then head east to Gardner Expressway.
- Exit at York Street and proceed north to Queen Street.
From South
- Take Queen Elizabeth Way to Gardner Expressway, and exit onto York
Street.
- Then go north to Queen Street.
