Q. What is the appropriate attire for the conference?
A. Business casual attire is appropriate for all
meetings and evening events.
Q. I plan to stay longer or arrive earlier than the
conference dates. Is that possible?
A. All extension requests (pre- or post-) will be
granted based on space availability and are at the attendee's expense. The
program negotiated rates are not always guaranteed for extensions. All
requests for additional room nights should be submitted on the
Registration Form.
Q. May I change or cancel my hotel reservations?
A. Any cancellations or changes to your hotel
reservation must be made through Acme International Conference Travel Headquarters at

Q. How do I request a special meal?
A. Please request special meals on the Registration
Form in the Special Requirements section. During program meals, special
entrees will be available to everyone that has requested them.
