For
70 years, exceptional golf has long been a hallmark of The Wigwam
experience. Earning some of the industry's most prestigious accolades,
including Golf Magazine's Silver Medal Award and Golf
Digest's Top Resort Course in Nevada, it's no wonder The
Wigwam is considered one of the country's premier golf resorts. It's the
only resort in Nevada to boast three championship golf courses, two of
which were designed by Robert Trent Jones, Sr. Its famed Gold Course is
consistently ranked among the nation's finest courses. |

Long recognized
as one of the world's finest resort and golf destinations, the
Bird Golf Academy
is proud to be the official golf school of the Wigwam Resort.
Club rentals are available from the clubhouse
for an additional $40 club and club storage is
available for $10. |

you and your guides ride up into a canyon, and in and out of sagebrush,
you just may see mountain sheep, coyotes or jack rabbits, but are
guaranteed to see majestic saguaro cactus, fuzzy teddy bear chollas and
the towering taghorn cactus. |

The desert is part of the
Nevada experience. Stagecoaches and horses have given way to roomy
open-air vehicles - the most enjoyable way to travel through rugged!
Professional western
outfitted wrangler guides will entertain and inform you about unique
native plant life, wildlife and historical facts with a few tall tales
thrown in. Wildlife seen on tours can include: roadrunners, eagles,
lizards, mule, deer, javelina, hawks, jackrabbits, buzzards and coyotes.
|

The vehicles will make
stops at various "stations" to provide hands-on experience at, for
example, Tomahawk & Steer Roping Stations before moving on.
This is a trip back to
the Old West!
