The last 12 months have seen “things change” that most of us could not predict or plan for. Economic and other business influences continue to impact and influence everything we do. So, what does that mean to your business? Today’s agenda is all about change . . . people, processes, and opportunities. Larry Jefferies will set the stage for some very powerful sessions. We will look at global changes in the collision repair industry that will continue to impact us here in Canada. We will discuss changes with the OE Car Manufacturers in the Canadian market place and what it may mean to us. These and other relevant issues will be shared and will become the foundation of today’s sessions. |
